How do I remove tailgate spoiler (sorry if this is obvious!)
 

I've undone the two nuts that were under the rubber covers and I'd assumed, wrongly, that I'd then be able to lift the spoiler off.

Is it stuck down so that I need to lever it up, or is there some other fixings I've missed?

Yes, stuck down with heavy duty foam tape. Carefully slide a thin paint scraper knife, or similar, in between the joint and gently lever up. A carefully applied heat gun helps to soften the glue.

As has been said, but I wouldn’t use any form of metal scraper. Try cutting through the double sided adhesive tape, with dental floss.

As above more or less. Not sure if dental floss will be strong enough to cut through, but worth a try.

I personally use a very sharp and thin blade, to slowly slowly cut through the foam and being careful not to damage the spoiler. Having another person lift the wing even a milimetre or two, also helps enormously
