Lambda Sensor
 

I have a 1.9td (early) V40. Nearly every morning in the cold weather the Lambda light comes on after about 4miles running and then goes out after a further few miles. If it is really cold during the day the same thing will happen on the way home too.

What does it mean when the light is on?
What can I check?
