Volvo Gathering

Also don't forget the annual Volvo Gathering in Sussex on Sunday June 8th; this year at the Bentley Wildfowl Trust and Motor Museum, just off the A22 and south of Uckfield, Sussex.

This is not a concours event, just a picnic/gathering in the grounds of this stately home: all models of Volvo welcome - see the next "Driver" magazine for full details, and remember, this is the nearest dedicated Volvo event to South London and the Home Counties.

Thanks for the info everyone

Thanks for that. Im not really into concours I just like my car looking the best it can and it just happens it gets a few trophies along the way which is great.
However I do find that there is more interest at the bigger events and more cars to see and appreciate.
regards Gary

The only one I am going to be able to attend this year will be the wetherby northern.

Obviously my Dad will be driving Thor and he isnt enthusiastic enough to want to travel hundreds of miles to a volvo show, so you'll all have to wait until im 17 before Thor is a regular attender at volvo shows!

Will be attending other local ones organized by the yorkshire thoroughbred car club (big rallies in the park etc) and any small volvo meets organized by members might be possible.

Steve
