2001 v40 roof bars
 

HI, first post. I'm looking for roof bars for a 2001 v40. Finding it hard to track any down. The car is mint with only 45000, so it's defiantly a keeper, but I really need some roof bars!!

Welcome to the Volvo community, I hope you enjoy your new purchase. Having had S/V40s in the family for many years, I can't rate them highly enough.

As for your roof bars, are you looking for the rails which run from back to front, or the crossbars which attach to them? If it is the latter, I have just found these on eBay:

Roof Bars
 

I have a pair of S40 bars which are available for £40 plus carriage. I used them on my 1998 S40 Phase 1 and they are lockable and in good straight condition.

The only thing is, I don't know if they are exactly the same as V40 roof bars. If interested, I can attach photos and give you the dimensions.
