XC 60 R Design Lux Nav (Testing the water)

Hello

We are contemplating a new XC60 but wondered if there would be any interest in the car we currently have and what it might be worth.

2015 (31/12/14 reg) 64 plate XC 60 R Design Lux Nav D4 (2.4) AWD Geartronic. (2 owners Volvo and me) White with full black heated/electric seats.

Full Volvo history with approx. 38k miles.

The car has the below extras fitted (nearly £8k):

Driver Support Pack (1900)
Premium Sound by Harman Kardon (1000)
Rear seat DVD's including wireless headphone and remote control (1495)
Winter Illumination Pack (675)
Security Pack (700)
Family Pack (295)
Gear shift paddles (150)
Front/Rear parking sensors and rear camera (700)
Tempra spare wheel (150)
Removable Tow bar (never used) (685)

Thanks
Paul

Having looked on auto trader I think £20,995 would be a reasonable price?

Hi,

I think £21k May be a bit optimist, but no harm trying. When you list on Autotrader, the website will give you a suggested price - I find that seems to be about right if you really want to sell it (you get the suggested price before committing, so worth 5 minutes on line)

Alternatively, see what webuyanycar.com offers and then add 1-2k. A part-ex will be remarkably close to wbac (their online offer, rather than their reduced offer when you actually take it to them!)

I’m in the marked myself for a similar car but my budget is some way off your aspiration - to be fair, I wouldn’t expect to find one with low miles for my budget though.

Good luck!

If its any help, mine was a 2WD manual, lots of extras, not as many as yours mind, it went to the auction at the end of the lease and ended up on the forecourt near me, this was 3 months ago, car was 35 months old and at £19K sold in a week.

It was a MY 2016 delivered on a 15 plate in June 2015.

What I would say is that the dealer didn’t list any of the extras on mine, so maybe they arent worth much, was just listed as an R Lux Nav.

Bearing in mind thats retail, so probably worth about £1500 less away from a dealer, so if we say your 4WD auto has a premium of about £1500 maybe its worth about 19K?

MIne genuinely didn’t have a mark on it and was serviced at a main dealer 500 miles before sale with new brakes on the back.

Shame you didn't put this on last week, I put a deposit on one with a comparable spec to yours last week at the Warwick dealer, although I really didn't fancy a white one. Doh!

How much are you paying for the one from th Warwick dealer?

Mine probably won’t be available until October ish as this is the wait time for a new one at the moment.

Thanks

Paul

Just under 25K, but it's only got 20K miles on it, high spec including heated steering wheel, blind spot camera, driver support etc no RSE though.
In with the price I managed to get them to fit OEM front assist, as it didn't have it and also to Polestar it as I was after a D5 rather than D4.
Don't forget buying from a dealer means a 12 month warranty etc..

Should have posted mine last week!

Could have saved you a few quid and enough change for polestar!
