V70R passenger electric seat module removal
 

Hi members,

Looking for advice on unplugging/disconnecting the passenger electric seat module from a 98 V70R. I have so far managed to unclip one of the wire connectors from under the seat

In the pic 2, I can't unplug these two. I can feel they are held into the metal frame by zip ties. I've tried squeezing them out by hand but they won't budge. Didn't want to use pliers in case that damaged them.

Once the electric module is completely disconnected, I can then unscrew the three Torx screws to see if the circuit board is damaged in any way. And hopefully have the passenger seat working again.
