225/55 R17 to 235/60 R18 S90

Recently cracked an alloy (Bloody Pot Holes)

Managed to find one replacement from a salvage yard.

4 immaculate alloys for sale, off XC60.

Would changing from 225/55 R17 to 235/60 R18 dramatically change anything on my S90?
