hand brake problem volvo 440 1996
 

Hello i changed rear brake pads and the hand brake still dosent brake how it should ... What could be the problem? We changed pads and then it dosent break at all then we tuned the sextavada screw to ajust the pump and it brake i little better but still cant break as a usual car.. Can someone help me please? What could ne wrong with my 1996 Volvo 440/???? Thank you ao much and sorry for my bad English but im portuguese... Thank you
