Cap won't come off
 

Hello,

I wanted to recharge the air con in my newly bought (privately) S80 so i took it to KwikFit the other day and they could not get the cap off the low pressure port - it just rotates around. Anyone experienced such problem? Any ideas/solutions please?
To be honest the guy in KwikFit threw a towel after a short fight - he used a spanner then pliers and gave up after 3 minutes...
