V40 D4 SE Manual
Had the above as a courtesy car from Lloyd Volvo when my V50 2.0d was in for a service.
Did about 140 miles in it. Gearbox very nice, precise and easy to shift. My V50 was pretty vague since new. Felt well screwed together. Not sure but I felt the seats not as comfy as other Volvo seats. They may just need a bit of wear. Engine was lovely (new D4) and the car could fairly shift. According to the computer average was 51.5 mpg which was pretty good. Not too sure that I liked the dashboard display buy I guess one would get used to it. Compared to a BMW120D(183bhp?) I had a demo in the V40 was far nicer and felt much quicker. |

In case you didn't know, you can change the theme of the dashboard display, depending on your mood. Elegance Eco Racing Performance https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=79dtKdKPTnQ |

The crystal display is Standard on the 'R' Design but optional on the CC. I'm not even sure if it is available on the standard SE. |
I don't know if Lux or not but looked at PDI sheet in glovebox which told me SE. One thing I did think good was it was on standard 16" alloys not stupid blingy big wheels.
