Low mileage, huge spec 2009 S80 V8 on Autotrader

Looks very nice. Rear screens, cooled massage seats, fridge, adaptive radar cruise, adaptive xenons, 19" Polestars. 50k miles.

I'd be very tempted if I didn't already have one.

The seller has dropped the price quite a bit now. £11k is a fair price for it IMO.

I've been watching it and would have gone to view it if it hadn't been at the far end of the Country. (I'm looking out for a replacement for the S70)
It started off at £15k, I think £11k was still too much IMO, parkers seems to be a bit mean as (adding the max suggested premium for the low miles & options) their valuation came out at about £6k. Personally I think about £8k would have been fair. While low miles is generally good I was a bit fearful it means mainly short trips which is not necessarily a good thing and with it being a private seller (i.e. not a dealer) then there's no guarantees/warranty.
It's gone off autotrader now though so the temptation has been removed!

For these types of cars at the incredibly small volumes of trade and the massive variance of condition and spec on the ones which do come up for sale, I really don't think you can place much value on Parkers or CAP.

I would definitely have entertained paying £11k or very close to that, given the spec, apparent condition and relatively late model year for a V8.
