S90 2019 what size brakes
 

Hi guys, new to volvo's and the forums. I've come from a Toyota GT86 so it's a big change for me in the S90 but I have fallen in love with it.

I have been trying to work out what size discs and pads I need for my 2019 D4 R design but there's 3 options online and I can't seem to make any sense of it. Does anybody know how I can work out what I need without taking it apart and measuring it?
I have tried the search feature but again nothing comes up that's answering my question. Any help is appreciated, thanks alot.
