VOC issues
 

As I gather a few are having issues with app/car. My issue is I can’t start/stop or lock/unlock my car. Everything else works fine. I know journeys, location, temp, did a app diagnose all ok. Today using the app I had a chat with Volvo. They say it should be sorted in the next week or so.

Apple Voc app has had 2 updates lately. Still can’t unlock car. But yesterday the app did notify me that the car was still unlocked and allowed me to lock it.

I’m still having this same problem between my iPhones VOC app and my car.

Anyone else ?

Yes having same problems. Will not lock,start or honk and flash from iPhone app. Been in dealers today,they reinstalled voc on car and it worked. Got home and tried it again- nothing works again :rolleyes: Rang dealership and now waiting for call back. This has been going on for several weeks since it was in for first service in January :speechless-smiley-5

Mine has been rectified, I can now send instructions to the car.

I did not do anything, it just started working. I have the iOS app and latest software release etc. Volvo must have rectified something on their end.

The only problem I have is that I have to keep signing into the app.

Mine still not working. Also l have to keep signing in and app freezes sometimes.

Mine's doing this a lot too. If I leave the app open and come back to it, it's invariably frozen up and needs to be force-closed. When opening up, it fails to log in and you have to type your password in again.

Goodness me. The Apple Watch widget has just succeeded in flashing the lights on my car. It hasn't done that for a good long while. Although I notice the app was updated to 4.11.1 a couple of days ago and the notes mention fixing sign-in issues with watches. (And issues with heaters, which I think have been causing trouble for some here as well.)

Still not working. Dealers say it is a software problem and Volvo are still working on it and to give them another two weeks. Anyone else still having problems?

Only the occasional lockup in the app. Apart from that, it’s working fine for me.
