Wood Steering Wheel
 

Hi

I am looking for a wood steering wheel to match the auto gear knob. It is for a Mk1 C70.

And if anybody able to supply our far flung comrade i have a friend flying out to Briz on Tuesday not that she will be impressed with extra luggage after 10 years here !

Never seen one in the rose wood (?) There is one for sale on ebay at the moment, but its the wrong colour wood, unless you fancy trying to stain it to a similar colour?

The C70 wheels are different to that one in the link - they are half leather and wood trim around the rim.

They do exist:~
I have one fitted to a '97 V70, I'm the second owner and presume it was standard? (CD Model) wood & leather etc.
It does match the wood trim on the gear lever as the link shows.

Thanks for link. Been away for a few days and when I got back and checked link it has ended. Sent message and see if it is still available.

We have one in our '99 V70 T5.
It has a panel on the top half of the wheel and a smaller (5") panel at the bottom in what looks like a walnut finish. The rest of the wheel is off-black leather.

Mine's the same, but I got mine used. I think it came from a C70. There is an uber rare all-wood variant. Last one went for £900 on eBay. You read that right, £900.
