V70 etc, etc - N/s (left) Door Mirror Shield ....
 

Although my drive is 10ft wide when reversing out today I still managed to nudge the n/s door mirror of the '98 V70 on the gate latch .... I knew I was close but, hey ho that's life!!

Thankfully, I only damaged the black mirror glass shield that fits with 4 screws to the rear facing side of the main mirror frame (see attached and, item 2 in the parts drawing).

Whilst they are still available from Volvo I was just wondering if anyone might have a very good condition undamaged one on offer.

I have now ordered one from my local Dealer which should be available next week from Sweden. Until you loose one you don't realise how much you rely on both.
