CV joints best place to buy?
Need 2 new CV joints and don’t want ones made of cheese.

Anyone?

They aren't made of cheese. Very cheap to buy on line, quality is usually good. You are worrying too much!

I haven't checked, but I expect PFV online have them, all the stuff I've had from PFV has been decent quality. Or go to a decent motor factor?

Not much help:~ probably Bob |
Tend to agree with Amazondean and Luxobarge, PFV have always seemed good parts to me, and my local factor tends to have a range of choices, budget, good and luxury. As Cypher007 is running a T5 presumably he's looking to keep it long term so the budget option would be false economy but one might question whether anyone realistically needs to put Volvo original quality 25 year lifespan parts on anymore, the rest of the car will be 50 years old before they wear out.

I use stretch boots from J&R...quality seems fine
