Amazon / PV headlamp inner bowl
 

I am short of one inner metal headlight bowl ( the lamp unit is held into this bowl by a chrome ring and 3 self tappers) Does anyone have one kicking around their garage ? Many thanks

I have new ones, they are made in plastic now do don't rot out like the original metal ones

Hi Dai thanks for reply, only after inner bowl not complete unit and would really prefer to stick with metal part for originality.

Hope somebody can help or will be forced to pay £43 + carriage and vat. Which is honestly outrageous.

I think that a Mini one works. Maybe someone can confirm? MGB TR6......

Good luck with the headlamp bowl, if all else fails (i see you've arranged to buy one already) try the likes of EuropaSpares, Car Builder Solutions and any others that might pop up during an internet search for either of those two companies.

The round 7" headlamp and the mounting bowls are fairly universal, it's the trim round them that can differ between cars. There were plenty of cars used 7" headlamps and you can buy them new on ebay relatively cheaply too.

You have to cut the hole out in the wing to use Mini ones
