Cross Country Lux Sat Nat, but no Sat Nav?
 

My OH purchased a low mileage 2014 V40, Cross Country D2 Lux SATNAV edition version.

Although a sound vehicle, there is no sat nav installed!? No button on the control panel, 5 inch screen etc.

Has anyone experienced this where the model registered doesn’t come with full spec?

The first or subsequent owners would have noticed this.

It is not unheard of the model, or other details to be wrong on the V5.

Probably the seller has mis described the vehicle. Could be a reason to reject the vehicle or claim a reduction in the sale price?
