2013 my satnav issues
 

Just taken delivery of a 13 plate SELux nav, bought by my MD as my new company car. I'm trying to activate the satnav voice. .. with no luck. There is no 'settings' menu item, as shown in the manual.
Having scoured the web, it seems it may be in need of a software update/upgrade. Any ideas or agreement?
Otherwise, I love it. My choice, and it replaced an Accord, 57 plate, with 226k on the clock... hope this does as well.

Assuming it's the same Sensus system, in the nav section, press 'ok/menu' and then navigate to Settings -> Voice Guidance Options -> Voice Guidance.

If you don't see that, what do you get in the list of options when you press ok/menu at the nav section?

Just getting used to Volvo quirks after several years of Honda...starting to love it..surprised how decent the D2 engine is after 2.2l of Honda diesel.

Driving to Huntingdon tomorrow for work, so keen to see how the satnav performs.
