Xc60 Coolant Reservoir filler Cap broke in!
 

Hi. As the title suggests! Carnt get the lower part of the cap out. Looked at you tube and read on the Web before I start getting physical with it.😬
Dot want to crack the Res. Itself. The new cap will be given the silicone grease treatment on the o rings. Any tips?

New cap arrived £6.20 Inc. Post,apparently same as some mondeo's. Got car hot ish. Removed cap top. Got thin nose mole grips, pull and pop. Carefully of course with a rag. Silicone grease on new ones o rings and threads. Job job for now!
