Hi, I'm looking for carb to replace my stromberg 175 cdus. Needs to be working, please

I’ve got one that I bought from a guy that had a new genuine one fitted to his B21A engine in the 90,s but then removed it 6 months later when the car failed its mot due to rust and bad wiring and went for scrap it’s be stored correctly on a shelf for years until I bought it to use on my car but never did.
I paid £150 for it and would be happy just to get my money back,
