Volvo Owners Club Forum - Alloy wheels and winter tyres (set of 4) for sale

I'm part exchanging my MY2017 XC90 R-Design so have no need for my set of winter wheels.

I bought the wheels brand new from Demon Tweeks in September 2018, they've done 2 winters (I'm excluding last year as I basically didn't drive anywhere).

I've lived in Scotland for 8 years, driving to both the highlands and France for skiing holidays, experiencing some terrible conditions, in addition to the light dusting and frost which can cause chaos anywhere in the UK. This set up will give you much more confidence when you encounter these conditions. Personally I've always gone for Nokians, having been recommended by friends in Aberdeen and previously having them on my Audi.

The tyres are rated highly for winter conditions with both the M+S marking and snow flake symbol.

Wolfrace Pro-Lite Eco 2.0 wheels are manufactured in the UK developed for the VW BTCC Racing Team perfectly suited to both road and track (if that's your thing).

Although I bought the whole package from Demon Tweeks specifically for the XC90 I only realised after use that the front wheels rubbed ever so lightly at full-lock on the brake callipers, so I purchased a set of 5mm hub centric (self locating) wheel spacers (£20) for the front wheels which solved the problem and there is enough thread on the wheel specific bolts to accommodate.

Wheels are located in Aberdeen, buyer to collect or arrange a courier.
