Own a s40 T4 year 2000

Won’t to ask a few questions to get feedback

1 thinking selling ?
2 age of car of car
3 needs work cam sprocket and belt
4 few parts full set of wheels alloys
5 back rear wheel arch both side need work
6 value on vehicle ?
