Volvo V40 R Design D2 2014 Infotainment issue
 

Hi Guys,
At the end of my tether wit the infotainment system on my Volvo V40 R design. It's frozen on the radio band options, I've tried unplugging the battery to re set. Held the power button down and started it again, no luck. This means no music, no blutooth phone option and no reverse sensor noise.
Anyone had this issue? Finding it really hard to find issues on it. Is there a hard reset hack?
Any help would be appreciated.

Check for faults with vida, do you have parking sensors? Do they work? Do the test of the fiber optic, can be unit faulty on the infotainment net. Let's say if the amp fails then the screen will behave that way. On the net you have few units, it's ICM, AUD, DAB etc and any fault will cause what you have.
