Parts available / breaking 2001 V40 T4 S Manual blk leather
 

We've had to swap over to an automatic and I've decided to not re-mot this as I don't feel it's worth it financially as it's got some body damage etc, so I'm having it collected as scrap in a week's time.

That being so I've removed some items already, but could perhaps take some other bits if people are interested.

I'm located in Peterborough, Cambs, so postage's an option but collection/delivery's better for the bulkier items.

Here's what I've got so far.

T4 nearly new exhaust system unfitted. I'd bought this to replace the wornout one on the car. It's nearly new with a slight cut where the pipe sleeves onto the cat, from when it was removed. I have a pipe-piece to cover the cut or you could DIY it yourself (can send a pic)

4x Arcadias are on the car, so if you'd like them we'd need to do a deal with you providing 3 other wheels as I've a space-saver in the car

2 x parcel shelves with working retracting blinds
2 x Volvo floor mats / load liners
Centre console with undamaged leather armrest/cover
MAF
SRS module

2 x working remote fobs matched to their control unit
2 x sun visors with illuminated mirrors
Owners glovebox manual
2 x CEL, all the relays work on both of these
heater control unit & fascia panel for aircon version
RHS wiper control arm with rear wipe for V model
OBC switch unit
Jack & brace
2 OE door speakers
2 x OE dash speakers
2 x OE Rear hatch speakers

If there's something else that you might want from the car, mindful it'll need to be driven onto a transporter, get in touch as I should have time to take some other items off before it's collected, but location means I can't remove any major parts removal, engine, gearbox, suspension, etc

I know you posted a few days ago, but in case you still have the car, could you give me a price+posted please for the following:

- Both illuminated sunvisors (I think wiring unplugs easily)
- Bonnet latch mechanism
- 1x orange side marker light (drivers side front)

I am interested in a few parts, may have bought the whole car when it was complete but I did not see the advert until today.

Was the car remapped?

Would you still have the exhaust system by any chance?

Hi Clarkey, yes I do, PM'd you but you might have missed it.

Hi Joseph, I don't know if your location means postage goes up (Rothesay, Isle of Bute?) but otherwise I'd have said £25 for the pair including postage via RM or Hermes.

If it costs more to post to your location I'd adjust a little bit on for that.

Depending upon what else you might have wanted it could work out less costly iro postage to hold-fire until the S40 arrives and then bundle things up in one go?

Postage is a bit of a mixed bag here, however I have an alternative (Glasgow) address which works out cheaper.

Would be happy with the sunvisors, I shall make a note of anything else I need between our two V40s.

The S40 is about a five minute walk from me, but the owner is a bit 50/50 on selling sadly.

I possibly need a bonnet latch too if you had one spare.

Happy to pay for sunvisors in the meantime, and Glasgow address if it suits.
