This car ended up in Scotland with a friend, then to another friend who needed transport. I have just today bought it, making it the fifth 400 series which I now own. It'll be used initially by my brother to get him to and from work, and then when it returns to me I'll do a little bit of improvement work on it, then it may be for sale.

It's good to know these 400s aren't all ending up in scrapyards. When I have finished my project and need to move on to another one, I'll have to sell you mine...

I must have the majority of the surviving ones in Scotland by now!

I seen the car today properly in the flesh, it's getting used by my brother as his temporary family car. Uber basic and needing a right good clean, and with work needing done in a few areas. A good clean, paint here and there and a set of genuine wheel trims and it will look a million times better.

Think of yourself as a sanctuary for these cars!
