Profile not switching?

Hi there

On my xc40 momentum every time I go into profile 2 I cannot switch out from it and I can’t rename it either, does anyone know why that could be?

I have the same with my 2020 Recharge

I have the same problem with my XC40 Inscription Recharge. I was told that i need a software update that is not being released until December, not really acceptable in a £40k + brand new car.

Wow that is ridiculous, does that need to go into a dealer for the update?
