Volvo XC60 2015r Can comunication problem

i have problem with my Volvo XC60 2015 D4. Car dont want to start, random function , all control lights on - esp etc.



Where start to search? Where its problem, in ECM, CEM, CAN communication?

you say doesnt want to start but you never said does it actually turn over or no response at all from start button etc detail is crucial to diagnosis .
