S40 Anti roll bar bushes
 

Hello everybody I have a 03 S40 18 sport that needs the anti roll bar bushes replacing and am told this is a big job involving dropping the subframe which in turn leads to dropping the exaust from the manifold and a host of other things i can't remember all of which mount up to a lot of labour cost as you can imagine.I was wondering if there was any easier way of getting to the bushes which are indeed hidden away behind the subframe (great idea volvo:nah ranks right up there with dashboard bulbs at £8.00 each!)

Ive just replaced my ARB with an aftermarket product for Ultra Racing, pretty easy job to do. Wish i had bought new bushes when i was doing it.
