Dash warning lights
 

My choke, oil pressure and brake fluid pressure warning lights don't work, are they connected somehow? Haynes doesn't really help as not enough detail is shown on the wiring diagram. I've checked any obvious connections and of course the bulbs! Any ideas please?

As the lights mentioned are fed from the same source, usually via the ignition switch, it is possible that a feed wire has dropped off, a fuse has blown or all three bulbs have decided to let go. According to my 343 manual the Handbrake warning and Seatbelt Warning together wth the three you mentioned are all fed from the fuse which feeds the blower (heater) fan. This is fuse 3 on my diagram and feeds Voltmeter, voltage regulator, heater motor and instrument panel lamps (8, 9, 10, 11 and 12). The wire for the lamps comes from the Voltmeter +ve via the instrument regulator +ve to the Handbrake light and the other four lights in sequence.

Many thanks for your response, I'll have another poke around, I don't think it's a fuse as the other warning lamps off the same circuit i.e. brakelight/seatbelt are OK, the bulbs are all OK. I had reason to install a new choke cable the other day, this comes complete with switch so I know that's OK too. I hate electrics!
