Going to check my ATF today - 23 y/o V70R with just over a 100,000 miles, if it needs replacing, what the recommended fluid to use ?

Whats the difference ? are they all really much the same ? I assume its the Dexron III thars the main thing :confused_smile:

There is also Carlube ATF-U which is fully synthetic, for early auto transmissions.

23 y/o V70R is on the cusp. Didn't it all change 97/98?
While you're on, see to that keyboard.

Not 100% sure, but I think dexron111 f/g is the wrong stuff...
