Any LED Caravan Light Issues With 2018 On Volvo's ?
 

Our last 2010 MY Volvo XC60 needed the addition of a Sargent VLM module to resolve the well documented road lighting issue towing a late model Swift caravan fitted with LED road lights.

I have just PX'd that XC60 & replaced it with a 2018 MY new model XC60, but cannot get to the storage site just yet to test it.

Have scanned the forum and have yet to see any discussion from owners of the new model XC60, so I suspect it is no longer an issue ?.

Have any owners of the XC60 II had this problem ?.

The genuine Volvo trailer module works perfectly with my 2018 Swift with full LED lights.

Probably a problem that has now been resolved.

No mention of it in recent posts.

No issues with 2014/2016/2018 and 2020 model volvos with 2014/2017 and 2018 model Swifts!

All fitted with Volvo brackets

Coming from Land Rover, towing a Swift with LED lights, which had a have a VLM 4 box fitted, however, hooked up to an 18 plate XC60, I had no lights on the van at all, it did not like the VLM box, had to remove the VLM box and everything works as it should. Sergeant said it should not cause any issues, but it did.

No problems here with a 2016 V60 towing a 2020 Swift.
