Xc60 battery charging
 

Hi all, I have a 2016 XC60 D4, I'm wondering that if I charge the battery via the (always live) socket in the rear, will this charge both batteries properly, will the BMS allocate current to either one. Is this the same as connecting charger clips to main battery + and body/engine metalwork? Rear socket with lighter plug is much more convenient. I'm using a NOBO 5a smart charger.
