Transmission knock
 

Hi folks,
My 2001 V40 2lt automatic has developed a slight rotating knock from the front after100 yards or so.its constant when under drive and increases on overrun. Turning dosn`t change it and you don`t feel it through the brake pedel. Is there a common fault with diffs on this model.
any help would be appreciated.
