Koni FSD vs Koni SSK

As per title, what are the differences? My car is in need of some new front shocks and am debating whether to acquire a suspension kit to improve cornering and roadholding at trackdays.

Having read a little into it, the FSD kit, when combined with respectable set of springs offers decent track day performance without compromising too much on ride comfort. They also seem to offer the ability for fine tuning, which I'm not sure I need as I am certainly no suspension boffin. I'm not altogether bothered by ride comfort on the normal road having been used to using my old track car for commuting. The SSK is a standard adjustable shock/spring and is supplied as a full kit, and works out around £100 cheaper than going down the FSD route.

So, does anyone have experience of both kits?
