Software issues - FYI
 

Just booked my 2020 XC40 in for a service, mentioned that I've had no end of issues with the radio.

Start the car and the radio sometimes doesn't turn on. About 5mins into my journey it will kick into life. I can then change my driving mode or turn up the heating and it dies again and resets. Initially thought it was just an issue as I had Apple Car play retrospectively fitted as it was missed during the build.

Been told by the service dept that Volvo are aware and there is a software update due in the next 6 - 8 weeks that will hopefully resolve so I'll have to rebook so it can be fixed.

So just in case you've had these issues as well, you aren't alone and they are trying to fix it!
