240 seat conversion fitting instructions

Can anyone offer advice on how to fit one of these kits??

What do you want to know?
The best way is to find a car in the scrap yard that has one and then remove it.
The hardest part on fitting to a new car is drilling the lower mounting holes for the seat belts and the holes to fit the reinforcing bracket for the hook of the catch.
