Front right side light not working
 

My front right side light is out (in the headlight unit). I've tried replacing the bulb which hasnt worked.

Garage tried swapping the bulb carrier from the working side light onto the one that isnt working which didn't work.

They also tried swapping the bulb carrier from the broken side light onto the one headlight unit that is working and it worked.

Any ideas on what it could be? Garage seems to think its the module on the headlight unit

I seem to recall from someone that sidelight issues are a common thing with the v40 (due to the washer bottle)
