ICM Radio Exch Unit # 36050930

Looking for one of these for my V70.
Currently no audio at all (parking sensors, radio, phone) and Volvo main dealer diagnostics have advised this needs replacing, but they don't make the part anymore.
Any suggestions welcome, thanks!
