V40 d4 (2015) troubles

So I've had the d4 for 2 years now. Recently I noticed reduced engine performance. This was only for a few seconds so didn't think anything of it.

Yesterday it went into full limp mode 4 times in 30 miles before finally coming up with an engine warning light.

In Vida, the errors were
  • Cem-u030141 (software incompatibility)
    ECM-00be00
    ECM-p241300 (egr performance)
    ECM-226200 (low boost)

I wiped the codes this morning and gave it a drive l, everything seemed fine until I almost got home, switched down to second to turn a corner and it went into limp mode again
Checked the codes, same codes

I left it until I finished work, went to start the car. It started but only idled for maybe 5 seconds then you could hear it lose revs and stall.

When I checked the codes again, the only change in codes was the CEM-U030141 error.

Could the software be cause all of these issues?

I hope it helps as one of the vehicles had all those codes.

From Wikipedia..

A checksum is a small-sized block of data derived from another block of digital data for the purpose of detecting errors that may have been introduced during its transmission or storage. By themselves, checksums are often used to verify data integrity but are not relied upon to verify data authenticity.
I have been informed that potentially, a non Vida dice code reader may also cause this (Cem-u030141 (software incompatibility)) code. I'm guessing it could be Volvo's way of detecting anything untoward being done to the installed software. But I'm not 100%.
