Hi,

I got a report or page not found.

Looked and found this though:
Linky....

Hope that works..

Not a lot of info made free though or did I miss something else?

In 225/45/17s (the only ones I checked) it looked liked the Michelin PS 2 was the winner but their price was a lot higher than the others. Goodyear Eagle F1 rated quite well as well. But the Pirelli PZero Nero rated a 4/5 for tyre wear - I thought those were notorious for poor wear?

All in all I think I'll stick with advice from others on this forum to be honest.

Tony

Scrap all that, just found the Best Buys link - PS 2 still on top but the F1 is further down. The PZero is commented on adversely for wear but still has 4/5 stars??

PDF maybe?

Who's gonna scan the report & post it then?

Personally, all I want is tyres that are dead quiet, last forever and stick like the proverbial to a blanket. Oh... and cheap! Is that too much to ask?

Ok then..... Experiences please. The best 205/55 16 for my 940 estate...

Happy motoring... :animal-smiley-037::animal-smiley-037::animal-smiley-037:

Don't mention scanning!

Best tyre for your 940 is either the Toyo Proxies T1-R or perhaps the Falken FK-452

Wouldnt bother with anything as good as T1-R's. Im driving a 740 estate not a Subaru Impreza!

I have Marshall Tyres on mine. £35 each. Very quiet in general, including motorway journey's. Have to put up with a lot of towing and load carrying.
Good grip on the backroads, and never had a puncture yet!
