Faulty drivers door module (DDM) 30658146 (£5)
 

Hi,

Another DDM has died on me. This one has been on my V70 since Jan 2021 but recently developed a intermittent relay type clicking noise where it would try to lock and unlock the drivers door. After a few weeks of doing that it has now died with the classic symptoms of no remote unlock of door, no mirror adjustment and no window control all on the drivers side.

Bought another one off eBAY and after a quick window position reset in Vida my car is all as it should be again.

Drivers door module
 

My drivers door window control has stopped working. Central locking still works but windows or mirrors will not move. Husband left the window open overnight and it had got wet. We have removed the top module and dried it out but it still does not work. Any ideas would be welcome

I would say find a replacement - from what i remember when i changed mince was that they need to have the same part number and very close production dates. eg 03 W16E in the example above is 2003 week 16.
