08 xc70 infotainment system issues
 

So good evening all.
I have recently (yesterday) become the proud owner of a 2008 xc70 d5 awd.
Lovely car, drove very well on the long trek from down south to North Wales to pick up..
So i have an issue with my radio / infotainment system.. It's basically pot luck if the radio works, the screen turns on..
Sometimes it turns on.. Plays normally then flicks back off again..
The previous owner did inform me this.. And he believed it to be a relay..
I've googled the hell out of it.. Without success..
So I'm thinking 2 things.
.
1 the relay on the cem that speaks to the unit is playing up.?
2 infotainment control module is on its way out..?

Does any members have any idea's? I'm not new to volvo.. (40) previous car's.. 😉
But I am new to the p3 platform..

Any advice would of great help.. Ideally knowledge of how to remove the cem.. Or the icm.
