Anyone know how to remove the roof centre console?

Its the centre console on the roof upfront, with the airbag and safetybelt warning lights.

I need to find a source of an intermittent buzzing that comes from this area.

thanks, but that pdf only details the removal of the rearview mirror and that little enclosure that houses the glass sensors.

I need the info the the console just before it, the one with the cabin lights and such.

IT is tight but it comes down. The centre grey section slides back and out then that exposes the bolts if you want to remove it completely.

JUst had mine down to clean it as prev owner was a smoker ;-(

Mine buzzes from that area occasional...I've found the smaller pod looking cover is loose, not sure how to remedy...

Be interested to see what you find!

Cut a bit of foam so that its compressed when you put the locking cover back on. That will stop the buzzing.

Just to clarify...

the whole cover is just held on by plastic clips/hooks right? no screws?

the whole cover as in this picture below:

Hey v402013, did you sort this in the end? If not, would you mind taking pictures of what the car looks like with the cover removed, like whats inside there? I'm wondering if I can hardwire a dashcam in there somehow!
