As part of a new package of product updates, we’ve now improved both the range (WLTP) and charging for the XC40 Recharge and C40 Recharge compared with the outgoing model year, increasing range by as much as 41 miles (66 kilometres) on some variants.

Now it really looks like a chilled-out alternative to Mercedes-Benz EQA and Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron. Swedes can really keep pace to the Germans.

Will we be looking back in 10, 20 years time and saying what a big mistake they were?

I wonder, history of other new things says no but these modern battery cars are developments of old ideas, not so much , inventions.
