I don't understand this.Such a hole does not com overnight.Why not a repair earlyer.Not for MOT but for own safty.

Agree. I Bought the car end of Jan this year, and did the usual checks, engine, electrics, wheel’s, brakes etc.
I didn’t really know it was there until it was picked up by the MOT. I’ve checked the whole underside and all is good 👍
