V40 r-design rear strut mounts
 

Hi , My rear strut mount has snapped the lugs off and I'm finding it extremely difficult to locate the part, the number I have been given is 31387362 , why is this small part so difficult to get? Is there even another part , like a ford part i could get. My car is a 2013 v40 r-design 2 litre diesel. Thanks in advance Big Tom

Skandix show them on 1 week lead time from Volvo. Can't a UK dealer order and supply in the same time frame?

Ring a Volvo dealer parts department. Pay over the phone and they will post out to you.

Skandix would cost a fortune now due to brexit.

Indeed. I quoted them to show that the part is available, so a UK Volvo dealer should be able to obtain it in a similar timeframe, if not already in stock.
