v60 D5 twin engine wanted

Hello everyone,
i am after V60 with twin engine registered before April 2017, for obvious reasons;).
May I also ask what to look for in that kind of car/engine? you may have some experience with it.
I have already looked at two but i my opinion the engine shook like crazy - i do not suppose this is normal ( i could feel the vibration while sitting in the car). friend of mine has xc60 with 2.4l diesel engine and you can not feel any vibration whatsoever.... and the price in my opinion was a little too steep

i have asked for some pics before seeing another one:

also there is a black on however the mileage seems quite high...

if anyone knows any reliable v60 for sale or can provide any info or advice what to look for in these cars (or knows anything about the offers above) I would really appreciate!
thanks a lot
Migu

I'm selling mine, 2015, 81k miles in silver, 12 months MOT, looking for £12500. It is in good order, full main dealer service history. Has loads of extras (it started out as a dealer management car). Only thing is I am a bit far from you (Swindon).

The main expensive failure on these is the air conditioning compressor, as far as I can tell if it hasn't failed and had to be replaced then it will do - it seems there was an issue with the ones that were fitted in the factory to the extent that Volvo offered a substantial goodwill payment towards fixing mine even though it was five years old.

I have never noticed a judder though the five cylinder engine does give a slightly odd feel/sound to my ear, it may be that which you are noticing if you are used (like me) to even numbers of cylinders.

They are really excellent cars and if I started commuting again I would look for another one, but I just cannot justify keeping it for the few miles I am doing nowadays.

hi Bungle1976,
thanks for letting me know & the info,
do you happen to have a few photos of the car and some more spec?

re engine shaking - my brother used to have 2.4 diesel in his old V70 and except for noise (quite subjective) you could not feel the vibration...

Swindon is quite far...;)
thanks

Hello everyone,

I am also looking to buy a V60 PHEV.
I look everywhere but I couldn’t find fuel consumption on hybrid mode at Highway speed (70 mph on cruise control).
Can you tell me your consumption?

It is any deference between models from 2013 to 2017 in boot space?

thanks!

Are you in the UK?
