2005 XC90 D5 breaking - all parts available
 

As per the title, my XC90 has finally reached the end of its serviceable life...a flooded CEM along with flaring gearbox, a couple of noisy wheel bearings and all the tyres getting low on tread have sealed its fate.

All parts are currently available...it’s in silver with black leather and body wise, I’d class it as excellent given its age.

Feel free to post up on here with any requirements but if you could PM me as well, that’d be good as I don’t always check the thread every hour 🙂

The car is in Fence, BB12 and I have a lift etc so most bits are removable

Sorry about your big beast but is the fuel flap plus its motor / solenoid locking mechanism available? Am assuming it would fit a 2008 model? Would you Post ?

control panel
 

hi is the panel with the heater switch and controls all working as should if so how much inc post to ne16 3hy please
separate price for the plastic trim pieces where the seatbelts come out of the door pillars

I've got the square cover, however I'll have to check in the morning but I think it's grey, not brown...

I'll take a look tomorrow at the panel and trim bits and reply back then if that's ok?

Hi Neil, how's the angle gear? mileage, condition of splines on the shaft...
IIRC the AG on these xc90s 5cyl is the same as in my v70R:regular_smile:

Grey would actually be better, but I'm not fussy any colour will do. Cost?

Right, I haven’t had much chance to do anything with this today as I’ve been having some new equipment installed at work. I’ll pull the heater panel and the angle gear off tomorrow hopefully.

The little plastic cover I thought was grey is actually black...if that’s any good to you, message me your address and I’ll stick it in an envelope to you 🙂

Hi,

I am looking for the following parts please;
O/S passenger door outside metal cover in black (the one nearest to the 1/4 light).
Rear plastic tow cover to rear bumper. Black.
Drivers B pillar inside cover (the one the seatbelt comes out of at the drivers shoulder). Light tan.
All 4 door handles. Grey/black.
Rear boot cover. The one that pulls out of a frame behind the rear seats.

Don't forget there is a delay in the fuel flap bolt actuating. I made this mistake until I was informed about it - I thought it did not work.
I still need a flap though as some ham fisted previous owner has broken where the bolt secures it and the hinge is broken. :confused_smile:

I need the gearbox drain bolt please. :regular_smile:

And the L & O letters on the rear door please:omg_smile:

What condition is the gear knob in? Can you post a clear pic of it?
