After sitting in the car with two phones connected for a few minutes and counting up to 200 reloads (400 attempts) I think I can say that it’s not working for me.

Hi,

I think the multiple refresh issue is a known problem as it actually says about it on the instructions we have (and usually pass to our customers)....

The Browser does seem to be part of the issue that Volvo / Vodafone are facing. Do you have a Windows Laptop you could try attaching to the car and go through the setup on that?....

Ah, so apparently the refresh issue isn't the only issue...

What phones were you using for this and what browsers within the phones?....

I'm trying to collate the information to feedback to Volvo :)

Hi, I also gave up on mine - iphone 8 and ipad air both running ioS 12.4.1.

I have just bought 68 plate XC60 which was a dealer demonstrator.
Does anyone know if this should have the sim installed, as it doesn't appear so.

Strictly speaking its only offered on Brand New Model year 2020 vehicles. If your dealer was feeling nice they'd have maybe given you one though! :)

Is the car online ? A globe should appear in the top left of the screen to indicate that the vehicle has internet connection. If it doesn't have this, no matter how many time you press refresh, it'll never go through.
